Power Outages:
From 0 to 40 a month between 5 seconds and 36 hours! Most common is 30 minutes, perhaps once or twice a month. 6 hour outages also occur every couple of months.
Water Outages:
Daytime trickle only so we use 700 gallon roof tank with float valve and pressure tank. Pressure is sufficient at night to keep tank full.
Water is good for drinking as is but we filter and cool it.

Noise:
(this is how noisy it is around your house. Take things into consideration like animal noise (dogs, roosters, etc), loud neighbors, and road noise. 1 - Very quiet little to no noise

Funeral Procession maybe once or twice a year

Tricycles within 300 meters or wait outside the gate Jeepneys & buses within 2.5 kms
