EX PARTE MOTION TO
RELEASE BAIL
DEFENDANT, unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully moves for the release of his
Bail Bond in the above-captioned case, alleging as follows:

That the herein Defendant has posted Cash
Bail Bond for his provisional liberty during the pendency of the
above-captioned case, as evidenced by Official Receipt No.

is hereto attached as Annex "A" and made an integral part hereof;

That in the Judgment of the Honorable

the herein Defendant was acquitted of all charges and liabilities;

However, the said Judgment failed to
provide for the release of the Bail Bond posted by the herein
accused.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE,
