Members need to understand that just as in life, rules keep things running properly.
Additional Forum rules or to clarify existing rules
Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in the rules they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Please use the “report to moderator” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly “act” as moderators may be warned, repeat offenders will be suspended or banned.
Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users and staff. Flaming or abusing users or staff in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning, suspension or banning.
The moderating, administrator and other moderator titles reserve the right to edit, remove or put on moderation any post at any time. Please note that currently new member posts are automatically placed in the moderation queue and will be approved/disapproved according to the present Rules. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to the staff and not users.
Without the members a forum would be nothing but without the staff sometimes having to enforce the rules, the forum would be bedlam.
