If I may add 1 more item....Foreigners both visitors & residents do not have to pay the RP Travel Tax. This tax only applies to persons traveling on an RP passport. For example, when I travel, I don\'t pay because I\'m using a US Passport. God Bless......
Most permanent resident foreigners e.g. on a 13 A visa are required to pay the travel tax when leaving the Phl. (Permanent resident foreigners on an SRRV retirement visa do not have to pay the travel tax.) Even people on tourist visas who stay more than 1 year are required to pay the travel tax (in addition to getting an exit clearance certificate).
