I must use carbarmazapene (Tegretol) for seizures, and am greatly worried to come to Philippines and be certain of obtaining it by pharmacy or hospital, Prescription or over the counter. I'd appreciate advice on procedure. Thanks.

There is at least a generic version available in the PHL.

Most generic medicines are available in the Philippines, as above the one you want with one letter difference in spelling carbamazepine is available.
You can look up most medicines on their site to see what is available
https://tgp.com.ph/products/
You are allowed to bring an amount equal to your initial stay, so that is what I recommend a person does, so they have time to find what they need before they need it.

Pelican - You might find this information interesting.

There is a ton of information available on the Ketogenic diet and it’s benefit for those who suffer from seizures.

Thank you, one and all. I never feel it coming. After a long flight without it, I fell on my face and nearly split my face open in Hong Kong airport; another was an auto accident on highway. I have been very lucky.
