hi greg...thanks but nothing to be envious of as the thumbnail is to scale...the house is actually that size. what can you expect for 50 centavos though. ;)

the four doors at balcony was installed about 10 hrs ago..an hour after the pic was taken..and there are just some miscellaneous things left to do. im happy its done in time for the annual town festival. (even though im in vancouver, bc and cant be there to enjoy it) My mother and father in law, who have shouldered the responsibility for feeding the masses for the last four decades during the festival have always just slaughtered pigs but have been so inspired by their new addition that a slaughtered cow (as well as the pigs) will be part of the offerings this year.

like i mentioned on the other thread i started about this project...the stress level for me has been zero...(well, maybe 2% with the painters). the dark blue pillars at front were suppose to be light blue and the adjoining cement dark blue...but they reversed it and the wrought iron fencing was suppose to be white but they used the same colour silver that was applied to the interior windows...

im glad they ignored my instructions as the look came out better than it would have,....... had they done what they were suppose to.

regards
ricky

thanks...appreciate it..

there are some roofing material shots somewhere in there..
the material is not tile though...fabricated plastic i think...

ricky

I believe you\'ll find they are fabricated steel roofing panels. They come in various colors, different thicknesses and either with or without insulation. Most use uninsulated due to the prohibitive cost of the others. You can easily add fiberglass batting to insulate from the heat. :)
