Glo has no fear of weapons. Here she is with her S&W M&P15

And here "window shopping" at the NRA Exhibits in May this year

And think it's safe to say he has my six   ;)

Nice !

I concur on the necessity of over watch.  Mr. Mossberg has mine.

Perhaps we should start a "2nd Amendment" picture thread?    Promote personal responsibility and Liberty a little.

I decided early on that Glo should learn to operate all of our weapons safely. I took her out to do a little plinking with the Taurus PT92 9mm.

The little fart did pretty dang good for her first time with a pistol!

Nice center grouping.  You need to take that lady to dinner.

I am reminded of the immortal words of Mr. B.T. Party - B.G.B. pg. 25/1

"A handgun is merely  a weapon used to fight your way back to your rifle - which you shouldn't have left behind"

She kept asking if she should aim for the head. I stressed the importance of center mass, especially in a stress situation, or with a moving target. Seems she took my advice to heart. No worries!  :)
