Traveling Mailbox is a little expensive, but the cheapest service in existence, not run by terrorists and illegals. Assuming you are referring to referring physical mail online in the states? It runs about 1,000 a month.

I'm happy with travelingmailbox.com, however, I have not used mail forwarding to Philippines (only forwarded to my sister in USA).    Will test that out in September.  I have used their check forwarding/deposit to my USA bank and that has worked fine.

Curious what you would need mail forwarding for, if you already receive a PDF of your mail?
