Maria Luisa Park has
abundant water source with 5 deep wells and 9 watwr tanks,
the biggest of which has a capacity to store 51,000
gallons of water. Stand-by generators are provided to pump
water during brownouts to ensure continous supply. It is
more than enough to supply all the residents of Maria
Luisa Park.

FINANCING

reservation fee refundable and transferable? |
Reservation fee is good for 30 days. It is
non-refundable and non-transferable.

payments due to 30 days after reservation |
For 30% downpayment, there is 5%
discount on the 30% down payment.

There are all In-House Financing
and will require ONLY Postdated Checks
Extended Cash - After the
reservation, Balance is payable in 24 MONTHS with
NO INTEREST
NO DOWNPAYMENTS - After the
reservation, No downpayment is required, Balance
is payable in 3 years and 5 years at 13% & 18% per
annum interest respectively.
DISCOUNTED DOWNPAYMENT-
A 5% discount will be applied on
the 30% downpayment. The 70% Balance can be
payable in: 24 months No interest Or 3 and 5 years
at 13% 18% interest per annum respectively.

DOCUMENTATION
| 1. Do all your lots have
clean Titles? |
Yes, We don't sell
lots that aren't titled. And we guarantee that all our
titles are free from liens and encumbrances.

processing of individual titles take? |
With complete documents and full
payment, it will take approximately 2-3 months to
transfer titles to the buyer's name.

3. When can I build my home in Maria

Full payment is
