This property is located about 100 meters from the main market and
City Hall of Compostela. Compostela is 1 45 min. north of Cebu City
(population about 2 million and the second largest
city in the Philippines) We are the same distance from the
international airport which flights every hour to Manila daily
flights to Hongkong. Cebu City has two major shopping malls among
the best in Asia. Depending on traffic. SM Mall is a 30 to 40

Club House seats about 30 people.

The commercial building on the right at the bottom, is
comprising on two stores that we make available for rent. These two
stores produce
rents of about P100,000 annually.
