Rottiers' Mansion
Nestled on a 25,000 square feet of rolling
terrain, overlooking part of Cebu City, is a lavish and neatly
constructed Mansion of the Rottiers, The entire lot is
totally enclosed with an architecturally designed fence that adds
to the virtual beauty of the entire place.
In a 9,000 square feet floor area of the

surroundings, will never stop amazing you how they kept
that place like brand new to this day. This edifice speaks
highly of the characters of the owners and the character of the
future owners to be. In fact, the owners would like to get
assurance that the new owners will be as meticulous as they are
because this house is very dear to them.
Proof of its attraction, is that ABS-CBN
shot several episodes of their local teleseries in this place
because the house offers different and unique perspective from
one side to another.
