A) BISAYA Sa bisan-unsang gramática ginasaysay ang kagamiton sa mga polong. B) ENGLISH In any kinds or types of grammar, it stated the use of the words. ANG POLONG ( THE WORD ) A) BISAYA Ang polong maó ang tingog kon mga tingog tigpadayág sa mga panghonŕhonŕ ug pagbati sa tawo. Kining mga tingoga ginapadagwayan sa nagkalain-laing titik. Ang han-ay sa mga titik ginganlan og katitikan.

B) ENGLISH The word is the sound or sounds express the thoughts and emotions/feelings of a person. These sounds are expressed by the different letters. This group of letters is called the alphabet.

( THE WORD )

A) BISAYA Ang polong maó ang tingog kon mga tingog tigpadayág sa mga panghonŕhonŕ ug pagbati sa tawo. Kining mga tingoga ginapadagwayan sa nagkalain-laing titik. Ang han-ay sa mga titik ginganlan og katitikan.

VISAYAN ALPHABET

Holagway ug Isip-- Picture and Thought A) BISAYA a walâ pa makaanhi ang mga espanyoles, may dohá ka katitikán nga gigamit sa mga kanhiayng namoyô dinhi sa atong kapolôan: ang ALIBATA ug mga SANSKRIT. Ang nahauná gigamit sa mga taga Visayâ ug mga taga Luzón. Ang naawahi gigamit sa mga muslim sa Mindanao. Kining mga katitikan gidalá sa mga taga Borneo ug taga Indonesia mga milangyaw nganhi sa atong nasod. Ang ALIBATA, sanglit tigtog-an sa mga tingog sa nagkalain-laing silaba, matawág og katitikan silábica.

B) ENGLISH Before the arrival of the Spaniards, there were two alphabets used by the early inhabitants here in the Philippine Islands: the Alibata and Sanskrit. The first was used by the Visayan and Luzon. The latter was used by the muslim in Mindanao. This alphabet was brought by the people of Borneo and Indonesia who invaded here in our nation. The Alibata, being the showcase of different syllables, is called the syllabic alphabet.

) ENGLISH However, upon arrival of the Spaniards the visayan language used the Roman alphabet which was imitated from Spanish and English language.

B) ENGLISH In thought, the Visayan Alphabet has only one because the English alphabet had twenty six letters. Below is the Visayan Alphabet:

B) ENGLISH Vowels: Aa, Ee, Ii, Oo, Uu Bb, Cc, Dd, Ff, Gg, Hh, Jj, Kk, Ll, Mm, Nn, NGng, Pp, Qq, Rr Ss, Tt, Vv, Ww, Xx, Yy, Zz

A) BISAYA:MATANG SA MGA TITIK ENGLISH: DESCRIPTION OF THE LETTERS

A) BISAYA Ang 5 ka nag-unáng mga titik (a,e,i,o,u) maó ang gitawág og tingogan tongod kay ang tagsa-tagsa niini-nila may kaogalingong tingog. B) ENGLISH The first five letters (a,e,i,o,u) are called vowel letters has its own sound.

A) BISAYA Ang 22 ka laing titik (b,c,d,f,g,h,j,k,l,m,n,ng,p,q,r,s,t,v,w,x,y,z) maó ang gitawág og patingogan tongod kay ang matag-usá niini-nila way kaogalingon tingog, ug malitók lamang kun may topád nga tingogan titik.

B) ENGLISH The twenty-two letters (b,c,d,f,g,h,j,k,l,m,n,ng,p,q,r,s,t,v,w,x,y,z) are called consonants because each has no sound, only when these letters are written together with a vowel, that this can be read.

A) BISAYA PAHIMANGNO: Ang "mg" dihâ sa polong "mga" (minobô sa "manga") dili maisip nga patingogang-titik.

B) ENGLISH REMINDERS: The "mg" from the word "mga" is the (constraction of "sa mga") cannot considered as vowels. A) BISAYA Sa 27 ka titik, 21 lamang ang ginagamit alang sa mga polong nga lonsayng visayâ. Sa ubós ania silá: B) ENGLISH Among the twenty seven letter, only twenty one are used in the pure visayan dialect. Here they are below:

A) BISAYA Ang 8 ka titik (e, c, f, j, q, v, x, z) makitŕ lamang sa mga sinagóp nga polong-langyaw, labi na kun mga ngahng kaogalingon, aniay mapananglitang polong-langyaw:

B) ENGLISH The eight letters (e, c, f, j, q, v, x, z) can be seen only from the adoption of foreign word derivation, especially when these are proper names. Here are examples of foreign names:
