Is there an Expat community in the Davao Area ?

I'm thinking of giving Davao ... a look sees if it's for me.   The month of August 2018.   What's the Expat seen / community? 
Looking for some people to meet and have a beer with?  Discuss the culture / vibe / etc.

Is this the right spot for this type of request?

There are several expat communities here in Davao.  Plenty of nice bars and restaurants, but not the girly type bars that you find in Angeles, Cebu etc.  Davao is relatively conservative and family oriented.
