This is long overdue, I hope that they can stop all the future buildings from going up without first putting in place wider roads and additional other necessary infrastructure.
A TRAFFIC Impact Assessment (TIA) will soon be required before any developer can construct or develop structures in Cebu.

I think this should be included in federal law for all communities.  Catarman, Babon and Mondragon are all over or near 100K residents and growing.  And all of them need to implement something like this before they become overgrown in their city proper areas. 
Won't happen...but should.
