How to reply to a post.
1) to reply to a specific post, click on Quote icon on the top right of that post and then type your reply below the very last
in the thread, then when you are finished entering your reply, then click the Post icon at the bottom of the post box.
2) to post a general reply to a thread, click on the Reply icon at the bottom of that thread
3) whenever quoting a post, please post below the very last
in that thread.
If you do not see a reply or quote icon, then those topics are locked and cannot be posted in, then start a new topic, if you wish to discuss any items from that topic.
Steve and I have done our best to make posting easier during the time we have been administrators on this forum, the forum now only allows one quote instead of many quotes, which was making it very difficult for newer members to rearrange which post was which, that they were replying to, some older posts may still have quotes stacked but newer posts since I changed it months ago, will no longer have any stacked quotes.
Steve, and I have been doing our best to make this forum more user friendly. Members no longer have to see all the spam posts that get posted weekly because of a change Steve made to the software, whereas as the same time new members posts have to be approved by a moderator and sometimes that may take a few hours to get approved, since all moderators cannot be online 24/7, for that I apologize but this way members do not get to see all the spam that gets posted weekly.
If a member sees a new member join at the bottom of the index page, and then later sees that new member disappear, it was because they were a spammer, we delete all spammers, so any members we have should be real members but some may still be spammers who wait for days, weeks or months before they come back and spam, those get deleted soon thereafter, they do.

Moderators and administrators see more options than general members do, that is why I sometimes have to use a test account when a member says they are having an issue, I will then put the test account into their member category and amount of posts they have, so I can then hopefully see what they see.
Also if a member is using a different skin than standard, then icons may be in different places.

Ok thanks Lee.
