Apparently from the Crown Tower, S.H. Loyola, at 1.27pm one afternoon this week. The apartment block is within the University Belt of Manila, and so being a student area, the rents are not bad/quite reasonable at 12,000 to 17,000 peso per month furnished, mostly with a minimum six month lease.
