Estater you need to come here and hopefully you live out in the provincial area's so you'll see signs on the roads on Condo's for sale you and they require a large down payment and then monthly payments for about 5 - 7 years for a pay off at 15,000 pesos a month.  Sorry I wish I had a brochure, these spots aren't advertised online except for maybe Facebook that's where you need to be searching, you pick a spot out there in the provincial area's and with the name look for condos.  These spots I'm talking about near me are in Sta Cruz Laguna, here's some more cities Pagsanjan Laguna, Pila Laguna, Los Banos Laguna.
