I am having problems with timely delivery from SS office in the USA and now I got a letter saying my SS will be inturpted...I heard that there is a SS office in Manila how do I contact them...I was told that the SS office in the US did not receive my forms that I sent back? It takes 45 days for my mails to reach the US and and another 45 days to get back to me???? Kenny Sato , Calero, Liloan in Cebu

Thanks guys for the info, very helpful...I got a letter from SS that was dated jan 28 on Mar 14 stating that my SS benifits were stopped because I failed to fill out the proper forms...In Dec I had received a second notice to fill out the forms and that was mailed to me in Oct almost 2 and a half months to get to me cause my delivery guys here in Liloan are not in a hurry to get the mails to me and at times I dont even get monthly statements that suppliment my SS from OWCP...So any wayi sent the forms is as soon as i received them with a letter from the post master explaining that I was not at fault but the post of delivery was delayed. The letter I got that was dated Jan 28 said my SS monthly was suspended but I received Jan, Feb, and Mar so hopefully they received my late registered letter and that took care of it and this is just late getting here as usual? The thing is I am not sure and am worried that my SS will stop for a few month until I get this straightened out...

And I thought the snail mail was slow for me. I will have some kind of occasion card traffic every 3 or 4 months and each way takes usually 25 to 30 days. The quickest I ever saw was 21.
