Looking for long term rent around Kalibo

Hope everyone is well..I am looking for ideally a long term rent up to one year around Kalibo
Preference is for a small house, and can be in Lezo, New Washington, Ochando
I would have a budget of around 12,000PHP per month
I just wondered if I am likely to find something for that kind of price?
