Best exchange money in Mandaluyong?

Hi....i live finally in Mandaluyong City (near Shangri-LA, Megamall)...im looking a good place for exchange some EURO.
Actually i tried in STARMALL and Megamall (Western Union Point and inside the Department Store) but the rate is not so good like in Ermita and everytime you must to show your ID documents.

Someone know a better place near my location?
