Hi,
We bought our condo directly from the developer before it was finished being built.
There was the usual red tape and paper pushing to go through.
The biggest hurdle was finding a bank willing to take on the mortgage, mainly because of being a foreigner, even with a permanent resident visa.
The only recurring costs with condos is the monthly association fees and the yearly property taxes.
