So, I'd guess most ex-pats would agree with this voted-in as Philippine law soon. Apparently it just depends now on the House of Reps passing its own version, following three readings on separate dates. For a civil society, this would seem about time anyway?

I agree with the idea. I thought this was already law. I do wonder, though. Will this be enforced between two consenting Filipinos? One does wonder
