If you are in the import business, where do you want your distribution warehouse to be located? From the warehouse, you will make daily delivery of consumer/industrial goods to customers all over Metro Manila. But I do not wish to be located in Metro Manila, I am looking at either Pampanga (north) or Cavite/Laguna (south). Import is not a big factor in the location as container loads arrive by sea once or twice a month only, the issue is distribution to customers in Metro Manila, which is better north or south? So distance not the issue but consideration for lesser traffic congestion (to/from Manila), lower crime rate, cheaper land, etc. Thanks!
