Good afternoon.    Thinking about moving to the philippines.  As a converted muslim american I don't think it's wise to live in the predominantly muslim area of the southern part of the philippines.  It's dangerous as an american.  But I was thinking about living in other safer areas.   What area is muslim friendly but safe as an american?  Do the islamic laws accepted in all areas of the philippines?  Is there an email address from a mosque that I could reach out to?   Thanks for your time
