And today's news, strange, my guess is that if the IACAT lady is wrong, she will never admit it..
--- Quote ---Belgian charged with child trafficking
CHARGES were filed before the Cebu Regional Trial Court (RTC) against a Belgian national accused of trafficking four children.
Koen Van Den Broek, 60, was charged for violation of Republic Act 7610 or the law that protects children against abuse, exploitation and discrimination.

The aunts are still of legal age so they should be considered as guardians but for the purpose of these charges I would say someone is turning a blind eye to make an example and to increase their promotion chances. With the family supporting the Belgian whether it be because they have a lot to gain or just the plain truth I doubt if in this case the charges will stick but could cause a lot of inconvenience. But if it should be someone convinces the family in some way to change their statement it could be a different outcome.
Sometimes its not worth the risk to help the people here even with the best of intentions. Just my opinion.
Gray Wolf:
I can't tell you how many times I've heard the term "tita" or "tito" when referring to someone who is merely a family friend. The true test will come when someone offers enough money to change the discourse
