Hard Drive Partition

I just bought a new computer with 1000GB hard drive. The hard drive is partitioned with 370GB on C drive and 730GB on D drive. Nothing is on drive D and I have never used D drive. I just want one drive which would be C. Is there any way to get rid of D and add it to C without reformatting.
