Annulment or Divorce whats the process.

Do exspats go threw the same process as philipino citizen to divorce if married in the philippines,do we anul or just what is the process.

No.. Divorce them in your home country and you are both divorced!

The Philippines will recognise a divorce obtained in a foreign country by the foreign spouse
