Magicjack payments

Hi,

I just renewed my Magicjack phone number, and it was not an easy thing to do.

It seems that their internet system for adding or changing credit cards is not functioning poroperly.

On top of that, their system does not accept any credit cards issued outside of the USA or Canada, or cards issued in the USA or Canada with a "foreign" billing address.

I also could not add online a credit card issued and billed to Canada.

I had to call their help desk and get the billing department to connect me to a phone system for entering credit card information. Once that was completed I was able to use that credit card information to pay for my annual renewal for my phone number.

Keep in mind the time difference, their billing department is open from 9 AM to 7 PM Pacific time.

Hopefully this information will be of some sue to those with Magicjack here in the philippines.

When I renewed MJ, I used Paypal. It worked ok.
