Where do the Lin3 postings originate from? I guess Bocolod are but how do you get on their board?

Virgil, I do not understand your question but if you are referring to LinP3 which is one of the blogs that the owner of this forum runs,  then those have to be accessed directly by clicking on "Logged in" and then registering, below is the link to the one I think you might be referring to.

The obvious answer to your question is the members.

Other than that, the LINP3 yahoo group was created by me then ownership was handed over to it's current owner who lives in Cebu City.
