Hello all, Thanks for all the good info on these boards.  One area I need some clarity on is the tax system.  I saw mention of The International Tax Affairs Division (ITAD) having an application for double taxation relief.  Anyone know the details of this?

I\'ve got a corporation here in the United States and I need to know what kind of break I can get for paying taxes in both countries.

Thanks

Tax laws are very complex and I am no expert on the subject. I have applied for it because I pay tax on my pension in the UK but it is zero rated in the Philippines.

You really need to do some research on the internet for your case. Here are a couple of links:-
