Glo tells me coming from Tagbilaran there is BBC \"public\" beach, Dumaluan Resort and then BBC (resort)

Between the highway and the beach at BBC \"public\" beach there is a cliff road

So you may have been at a BBC but the public beach not BBC proper  :-\\

ok, that makes sense now...since it was indeed very public and since i know for a fact that the sign at the entrance said BBC....something i took note of having spent a lot of time at the BBC in toronto....Balmy Beach Club...same thing only different...

so, sounds like the cottage fee is still in effect at the public bbc and not the head charge....yes?

i would think that there should always be at the very least, one place at the beach where average joe citizen and his family get the better deal.
