Not an in-depth article by any means, but it's just a look at the top 10 politicians to rob money from their own countries supposed to be ranked by $ amount.
Filipino politicians gets two slots on the list.

BULLSHIZZ ! Was Marcos completely honest ? no but none of them are ! He at least tried to help the majority of Filipinos ! He built roads, dams, Art centers, schools, had the Philippines EXPORTING rice , the crime rate was a lot lower, terrorist were scared of him ! The gov INSISTED on trying him, he was tried in the usa AND WAS FOUND not guilty AFTER ALL THE FACTS CAME OUT and they still stole everything he had. After him the crooked presidents removed his name from everything he had built, stole the money for all the infrastructures he had started and had the money to complete.
