Co-branded ATM cards, are they becoming common?

I just found out that one bank we deal with Bank of Commerce is now using chip Mastercard ATM cards, any other banks in the Philippines now using them?

BPI. 

The "chip" cards were developed by "EMV", Europay, Mastercard, Visa, so probably most "chip" cards are going to be from one of those 3 brands.

BDO changed over last year.  Plus their Credit Card has been EMV for a few years.
