Wonder how much longer before they make it official to start accepting foreigners who are also holding vaccine passports. I think it's more a matter of when than if and I'm guessing this summer if not before. Something to watch for if anyone is seeking travel and the ability to return(in case you are not married to a local citizen or have a child that has pinoy citizenship).
Peter:
Joe.
I totally agree with this concept.
It's just a digital extension of the current international requirement to carry an "Innoculation Record Card" (my words) showing your up-to-date Yellow Fever, Smallpox (still required?) and other mandated inooculations, if you are travelling to countries which require such jabs before allowing entry.
I've been carrying one, in one form or another, with my passport, since 1965. No big deal.
Stay safe all.
