Need some help

And my husband having so much hard time log in in his SS account bcoz he screwed up last time he made changes the ps and log in name now he forgot which is which. He send emails in Manila Embassy but still no respond. We also send emails in US SS support team still no respond. Please help us. Thank you

Is that the alive or dead form? I got mine in June last year. I hate to say it but my guess is that your husband will not have very much luck receiving a response from the SSS at Manila Embassy. That was my experience a couple of years ago. He might have better luck getting his online account straightened out if he just calls them in the US instead of doing what he is doing. I am just saying.
Edited: I meant SSA. Not the Philippine SSS.

Hi Arlene, welcome.
The SSA-7162 usually arrives between June and August. Mine was late but I was able to work it out with SS at the embassy. Call them at 02-301-2000. They will help.

Not sure how to help you out. At least not when it comes to the whole sign in and password thing. Seems most setups now days has a "i forgot username/password" setups. Seems even SSA should have one.
My suggestion would be to call them. Not sure what you have for doing that. A magicjack or something similar would be helpful if you can get your hands on one. The call will be free and unlimited if you know someone who would lend you theirs. Granted, those only work with internet connection.
