Where to stay in Bohol

We will have a four nights stay in Bohol/Panglao.
Our focus will be in getting around and experience as much as possible.
I guess we buy one of those tour packages, I guess a 5D/4N will do.

So, can any of you guys reccomend a nice place to stay
We are 2 adults and a girl aged 13.
As said we will prior our money in experience more than lodging.
First, we want aircon, Thats a must.
Second, we want it to be a beach resort, close to the beach or a resort including a pool.
Third, I want a beer(no disco needed, just a simple bar)!

We will be grateful for any tips.
