Title: I need a good reccomendation for an architect around Bulacan
Post by: tennesseevolunteer on May 19, 2009, 10:56:28 PM

My wife and I bought a very nice lot in Bulacan on our last visit now We have sort of decided on a† house design. Per the restrictions of the subdivision we must have our prints approved by the developer. We need a honest and reputable architect to design our rough draft to our dream home.

If you have a college that teaches a 5 year architect course near by, talk with a grad student(s) about your plans.

That would be a win-win situation from my POV. The student gets a grade and you get the latest in design with a material list and most likely a whole lot cheaper.

That\'s what we did back in 05 for the two story apartment building and designed, as a 3 story, (footings, columns and beams), but only built a two story.

I think you would need to be here to do that? To many questions, details to do by mail or internet to get what you want. We met for hours with our student 5 times before the final. Ya know, this idea and that one, (his or ours).† ;D

Our grad student got all the Engineers to sign off for each faze of the project. Which you would need for your subdivision.

In 2005, it cost us P3,500 for 6 pages of blue prints with a material list and the Engineers to sign off.

Cost today...........UNKNOWN?
