2nd buy, 3 doors down the street.

Monday, we got clearance to start work after 8 months dealing with it.

Tuesday, my wife, a friend, a Pinoy worker, his wife started the cleanup, 15 cement sack of NON burnables. Then, the over growth and all greenery was cleared of the property.† Now, I can see just what we have.† ;D

Wedensday, gathering the burnable, sweeping and still muck\'n out ect.

I\'ll see what I have to do with the electrical since much has been ripped out, stolen. A new CR kit is a MUST HAVE and I need to get water to the place.

Then, about half of the ceiling plywood is GONE, (Pinoy firewood????), and many 2x3 need to be replace and the ceiling frame work has to be leveled. Ain\'t putting up with the Pinoy that\'s good enough!!!† ;D
