Chicago Consolate
« on: July 10, 2009, 05:35:37 AM »
Has any one driven up to the Chicago consolate recently? I need to know if there is any parking garage in walking distance to the Philippine consolate, or any where to park near by for about 3 hr. I hate to fly again as the fares for my wife and I, in August are going to be over $1200.00 from south west Missouri. I\'ve checked all discounters and that is the best I can come up with.

Yes there are several parking garages within walking distance of the consulate.  Many are on the street one block west of the consulate.  We were there about this time last year.
Where in south west Missouri are you located?  We live 11 miles north of Springfield Mo.

Hello Arlie,

We live about 12 mile south of Branson. Have been here since I retired in 1992. We are in Springfield quite often. Thanks for responding to my question. I think we will drive since there should be parking available.
