Phil.....sounds like a bit of arbitration would be in order....find the coolest heads around.....sounds like
HE
could be charged with adultery too ...so best to get annulment sorted ASAP for ALL concerned

Maybe in another 20 years, adultery laws will be like those in the USA, relatively unenforced. I suspect that\'s probably already true in the Phils, with the few exceptions where someone tries to use outdated laws for their own gain. Last time I was in Manila, I\'d often overhear conversations from young filipinos. I find the upwardly mobile urban filipinos not all that different from westerners in values or behavior regarding these kinds of things. And those tend to be the values that gradually migrate out even to the provinces over time.

Just seen latest on this story googling: news - Philippines.
Seems like dad, ma and baby have got as far as Thailand where he will petition UK to let them go to Britain. Of course, if the child is his junior is British.

Have a vested interest in this as I could be accused of the same thing, except that we have no child between us and they would have to prove we sleep together.
