It also depends on how much work you intend to do yourself building your house.

I was recently advised that if you are looking for a builder to do everything, you will be looking at between P15,000 - 20,000 per square metre.  That\'s only a rough estimate and depends on the location, but it gives you an idea of what to expect to pay.
