Guys before you invest any money in any of these Ideas you need to read the Philippine law on foreign ownership

Great initiative Tom. Very helpful.

Research not just online but also to the real community. Learning from real people experience is definitely a great help.

I'm working in a company owned by foreign individuals and I really admire how to reach out to the local people especially businessman to learn about the norm of investing here in the Philippines.

I know three real estate agents.  At least three anyway.  LoL.  I know at least one of them is really a real estate agent.
