Fresh Muffins...

My wife just baked some Blueberry muffins from scratch... They are warm and I just put some butter on them... Don't be JEALOUS!!!

LOL!!!... I've met very few people here that have seen a blueberry muffin let alone eat one... So when she makes her homemade stuff... we eat it.  Hahaha  Now, I have to bike an extra 2 or 3 km to burn those calories off.     When she makes her cornbread and I'm eating it with my chili... I'll post if just for you Coleman... hehehe

One of my friends owns Blueberry Haven in Grand Haven, MI.  She's the neighbor to my parents and I get to try all kinds of nice Blueberry treats.  Blueberry Coconut Crisp, Mammoth Blueberry Muffins(knock offs of what Perkins makes) and a lot of other blueberry snacks.
Always loved the plain blueberry muffin with butter though.  I wonder how an ever bearing blueberry bush would grow in the phils if it was maintained and given proper soil and nutrients would grow...

Sorry, my friend... blueberry won't in 90% of the Philippines... But maybe in Baguio but it needs to be a hybrid...  Can't have it all, we're already in paradise... Hahaha

Hey, were practically neighbors when I am in Leyte...  I'll bring you some cornbread, if my father-in-law comes through with the cornmeal... so put down the rifle...hahaha

Have two of your muffins ready at your local airport tomorrow morning around 9am! My pilot friend will fly me for free in his Cessna and he'll do a quick touchdown and take off again! I'll open the passenger side door and I'll pick up them 2 blueberry muffins from you on the active runway and then head for home in time for lunch!

Looks delicious Pete, you are a lucky man. Now on the other hand whenever I want a muffin when in Florida I run over to Dunkin Donuts. hehehhehe
