Not sure how to help you out. At least not when it comes to the whole sign in and password thing. Seems most setups now days has a "i forgot username/password" setups. Seems even SSA should have one.
My suggestion would be to call them. Not sure what you have for doing that. A magicjack or something similar would be helpful if you can get your hands on one. The call will be free and unlimited if you know someone who would lend you theirs. Granted, those only work with internet connection.
