He's been around I've talked with him before he had a different name and I can't come up with it right now it was about 4 months ago... and he was looking for work so same subject and said he was living off of 10,000 pesos a month working odd jobs with 6 kids he'd been here 6 years lol... if true he kept himself busy working in the bedroom and his wife was also giving him problems running around, he's a fellow American stuck here and for sure not a happy camper and he didn't bother to get his immigration status in order, his location was in and around Manila.
My views would be from someone who lives out in the province close to in-laws on a pension.  Norwegian and French heritage.
