Motorcyle tourism launched in Eastern Visayas

THE Department of Tourism (DOT) in Eastern Visayas led the launching of Philippine Motorcycle Tourism (PMT) in the region at the MacArthur Leyte Landing Memorial National Park in Palo, Leyte Saturday, June 18, 2022.

“To help curb down the incidence of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases, while at the same time promote tourism restart, the DOT also encouraged local and domestic tourists to travel in ‘safe bubbles,’" said Karen Tiopes, tourism regional director.
